Comprehensive Day Package

Everything you need to run a successful day. The following services and equipment are full inclusive within our delegate rate:

• Arrival coffee, tea, orange juice or mineral water
  
• Hire of room between 8.30am and 5.30pm
  
• Mid morning coffee or tea with Danish pastries
  
• Afternoon cup of tea, coffee, orange juice or mineral water and biscuits
  
• Main meeting room set with any of the following:
  o Notepads and pencils
  o One flip chart, pad and pens
  o Overhead projector and screen
  o Jugs of iced water
  
• Excellent two course lunch with coffee, tea, orange juice or mineral water.

Day Delegate Rate £29.50 (exclusive of VAT)

Executive Day Package

More than you need to run a successful day. We have upgraded our Comprehensive Package to include some little extras and an even more impressive menu.

• Arrival coffee, a choice of speciality teas, mini Danish pastries, orange juice and mineral water.
  
• Hire of room between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
  
• Mid morning coffee, a choice of speciality teas and home-made chocolate biscuits.
  
• Afternoon teas, coffee, orange juice or mineral water and biscuits.
  
• Main meeting room set with any of the following:
  o Note pads and pencils
  o Flip chart, pad and pens
  o Overhead projector and screen
  o Lectern
  o Ad lib mineral water and orange juice.
  
• Excellent upgraded two course lunch with coffee, tea, orange juice or mineral water.

Executive Day Delegate rate £33.60 (exclusive of VAT)

Half Day Conference Package

• Arrival Coffee, tea, orange juice or mineral water

• Hire of room for up to 5 hours

• Mid morning coffee or tea with a selection of biscuits

• Main meeting room set with any of the following:

         o Note pads and pencils
         o Flip chart, pad and pens with jugs of iced water
         o Overhead projector and screen

• Light Finger buffet served with jugs of iced water and orange juice
