Day Conference Package

Everything you need to run a successful day. The following services and equipment are full inclusive within our delegate rate:

• Arrival coffee, tea, orange juice & mineral water
  
• Hire of room from 8.30am to 5.30pm
  
• Mid morning coffee or tea with Danish pastries
  
• Afternoon cup of tea, coffee, orange juice & mineral water and biscuits
  
• Main meeting room set with:
  o Notepads and pencils
  o One flip chart, pad and pens
  o Dataprojector and screen
  o Jugs of iced water
  
• Excellent two course fork buffet lunch with coffee, tea, orange juice & mineral water

Day Delegate Rate £32.00 (exclusive of VAT)

Upgraded Executive Conference Package

More than you need to run a successful day. We have upgraded our Day Package to include some little extras and an even more impressive menu.

• Arrival coffee, a choice of speciality teas, Danish pastries, orange juice & mineral water
  
• Hire of room from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  
• Mid morning coffee, a choice of speciality teas and biscuits
  
• Afternoon tea, coffee, orange juice & mineral water with chocolate caramel sqaures
  
• Main meeting room set with any of the following:
  o Note pads and pencils
  o Flip chart, pad and pens
  o Dataprojector and screen
  o Mineral water & jugs of orange juice in the session room
  
• Excellent upgraded two course lunch with coffee, tea, orange juice & mineral water - including items such as smoked salmon with asparagus & fish goujons

Executive Day Delegate rate £35.00 (exclusive of VAT)

Minimum 10 delegates

Breakfast Meetings

• A delicious breakfast consisting of fresh warm bacon rolls, crispy croissants & Danish pastries served with butter & a selection of jams, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice & iced water

• Hire of main meeting room for up to 5 hours

• Mid morning coffee or tea with a selection of biscuits

• Main meeting room set with any of the following:

         o Note pads and pencils
         o Flip chart, pad and pens with jugs of iced water
      

£17.50 per person (exclusive of VAT)

Minimum 15 delegates

Twilight Meetings

• A generous selection of small triangular ham & cucumber sandwiches served on white & brown bread, small triangular cheese & tomato sandwiches on white & brown bread, bitesize pieces of fruit scone with strawberry jam, bitesize pieces of cheese scone served warm with butter, fingers of Dundee cake, shortbread biscuits & a serving of tea or coffee per guest (fruit tea available)

• Hire of main meeting room or lounge for up to 5 hours

• Break time coffee, tea, orange juice & iced water with a selection of biscuits

• Main meeting room set with any of the following:

         o Note pads and pencils
         o Flip chart, pad and pens with jugs of iced water
      

£20.00 per person (exclusive of VAT)
