Dissington Hall is a private, family-run Georgian mansion. Your guests will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service from our highly experienced, attentive staff allowing your guests to relax and treat Dissington as their own private venue. Our food is of the highest quality and both hot and cold menus can be tailored to suit your needs and those of your vegetarian or special-diet guests. You are usually the only party we are looking after on the day so you can be sure of having the best of our attention at all times. Most receptions begin with drinks in the Library or on the East lawn. We then welcome your guests to a seated meal for up to 160 people. The meal blends into your evening dancing for up to 200 guests taking you to around midnight. For events with more than 100 guests you can use our own, heated marquee with pleated ivory lining and polished wooden floor. This is situated within the inner courtyard and is attached to the main function room.
